Foundations
Daniel Eccles Custom Homes and Remodeling Inc. is a family-owned and run business located in Madison, WI. Dan received his BS in Construction Management from UW-Platteville, perfecting his craft framing houses for one of Madison's largest builders during the summers. Soon after graduation he founded his own framing company and stayed busy as a subcontractor for Madison area builders for several years.
Branching out
Dan's innate creativity and desire to build better houses led him to designing and general contracting his own duplexes and spec homes, and from there he began building homes under contracts in Dane and Green counties. He added remodeling and additions upon the requests of several of his clients.
Personal touch and deep engagement
Dan still enjoys the satisfaction of his own manual labor, often framing alongside his subcontractors, hanging cabinets, tiling and putting his artistic side to use for his clients' unique needs and requests. Most of all he enjoys developing real friendships with his clients, relationships that last far beyond the closing date.
